A design hackathon inspiring select French industrial design studios to tackle the challenge of urban environments

Over 24 hours from April 4 - 5, six top studios conceived and presented their new product concepts at Cyclone Le Studio as part of ZED, HP’s creative popup space.

What is a Product Hackathon? “Hackathon,” the mashup term for code hacking culture and the “marathon,” is commonly known as an event where coders come together to tackle complex code challenges in short periods of time. The goal is to solve specific problems using ingenuity and cutting-edge technology. SMALL SPACES was an opportunity to have fun with product design. It’s what we all love to do, and this is a chance to create something beautiful and enduring. The final products were showcased, and the ideal result will be for teams to develop their concepts into actual go-to-market products.
