Biography
Ezra Paulekas is an Art Director, Designer, Animator, 3D Artist, Developer, Motorcycle Mechanic, and Zombie Survival Hobbyist currently residing in San Francisco. He began his career in the late 90's in Richmond Virginia where he worked for various small studios before moving NYC to join Asphalt Jungle. The sun of California eventually pulled Ezra to Los Angeles where he worked for Sony Pictures before taking on the role of Associate Creative Director at Exopolis. In 2009 Ezra moved to San Francisco to work at Venables Bell & Partners as the Interactive Design Director.
Ezra has done work on some of the world's largest brands including E-Bay, Intel, Google, Audi, Apple, Microsoft Entertainment, HBO, The History Channel, Tylenol, Slim Jim, Hane's, and Direct TV. His has worked with just about every medium from traditional interactive experiences, to social media, print, out-of-home, live action broadcast, and animated shorts.
In his spare time he teaches Interactive Concepting at Miami Ad School, mentors students of VCU Brandcenter, and spends countless hours covered in grease while working on vehicles from the early 70s.
